THIS IS NOT A SHAMPOO BUT A HAIR CONDITIONER! Fabulous for any type of hair!!!! After you have shampooed your hair, you just rub the bar all over your hair or in your hands to apply to the ends or your hair and then rub it in. If you will find your hair is clean, shiny and you will need less and are using a natural shampoo, then you will probably find that you will need less conditioner.
